A story where creativity meets extraordinary introducing traditional and innovative cuisine with a waffle twist! 

We have served our waffles with really exciting and established brands such as McLaren Automotive, The Financial Times, Goodwood Racecourse & Motor Circuit, Love Supreme, Fringe, One Garden, Sony Music, Battersea Power Station & more. 

We are taking our vision a step further with The Waffle Market Restaurant based in the heart of Brighton Lanes next to the Brighton Dome. The restaurant will be focused on our culinary concepts specialising in brunch, lunch and dinner through an all-day dining menu. We will also be holding exclusive events and evenings which will entail entertainment coincided with waffle experiences. Each waffle will tell its own story. The menu is designed with equality to all dietaries, creating an ever-changing experience that will continue to awe through the seasons. 

We pride ourselves in being the only waffle restaurant in Sussex (and maybe even in the U.K!) making gluten free batter that is also oil free, salt free and contain no sugar yet still flowing in flavour!​
